Meat Processing

We offer United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Custom Processing to our customers who are interested in processing their own livestock with us. We typically hang Beef for  9 – 15 days. Lamb and Goat are typically hung 5 – 7 days in the drip cooler. We maintain the utmost welfare of our animals at the time they are dropped off at our facility.

How will you like us to cut your animal?. For any questions while filling out your cut sheet please call us at (405) 695-2503

If we do not have a cut sheet for your animal by the scheduled day for butcher we will refer to our standard cut sheet.

Beef

  • Kill fee and disposal fee $100
  • Processing fee: $1.00 per pound x the hanging weight.
  • Minimum processing fee will apply to beef under 500 pounds hanging weight.
    Additional fees may apply (for items not included in our standard cut sheet )

Lamb & Sheep

  • Kill fee and disposal fee $45

  • Processing fee: $1.00 per pound x the hanging weight.

  • We have a minimum fee of $125
